Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed and for the refund to appear on your account.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Final sale items, such as items purchased during sales, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

When emailing about wanting to make a return we do require order receipt/proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase and eligibility.
